  • Can I use the internet?
    Wired and wireless LAN are available for free in the rooms.
    (There is a LAN cable in the desk, and the Wifi ID and password are provided on the card case.)
  • Is there a refrigerator?
    You are free to use the empty refrigerator that is provided in each room.

  • Can I share the bed with my child?
    You can if the child has not started school (you can share one bed with up to one child).
    We do not have towels or other items prepared so that you can share the bed with your child.
    Depending on the child’s age, you may have to pay for their breakfast.
  • Do you have cribs?
    Yes.
    The rooms in which cribs can be used are limited. Please let us know in advance if you would like one.
  • Can someone who is not staying enter my room?
    In order to prevent crime, persons who are not staying at the hotel are prohibited from entering the rooms.
    You can meet with others in the lobby.
  • Do you have universal (barrier free) rooms?
    We have two such rooms.
  • Can I have my pet with me?
    Except for service dogs, pets cannot accompany you in the hotel.

  • How much is breakfast?
    The adult rate is 1,200 yen (1 meal, 1 person). You can purchase it at the front desk.
  • What time is breakfast served?
    7:00 to 10:30. You cannot make a table reservation.
  • What kind of breakfast do you serve?
    You can have buffet style Japanese breakfast. We sometimes serve you breakfast on a tray according to conditions.
  • Can you provide a refund if I don’t eat breakfast?
    If you apply a plan including breakfast, we cannot provide a refund.
    There is no time limit. Please visit the restaurant next time.
  • Are lunch and dinner available?
    Yes, they are. But you cannot make a table reservation for lunch.
    ((The restaurant may not be open except breakfast depending on the schedule. Please confirm the schedule when you use the restaurant.)

  • What methods of payment are there?
    You can make a payment by cash and various credit cards.
  • Can payments be made in advance?
    Only payment in advance is available. In the case of reservation by on-site payment, you shall make a payment at the check-in counter.

  • What credit cards can be used for payment?
    What credit cards can be used for payment?
    JCB, VISA, Master, Diners, AMEX, MUFG, CF, APLUS, modecca, SAISON, China Union Pay card are supported.
    * DCC supports only VISA and Master cards
  • Can I use e-money or debit card?
    Yes, you can.
    QUICPay+, iD, WAON, nanaco, Rakuten EDY, various transportation IC cards are supported
    * For the debit card, only cash cards supporting J-Debit are available
  • Can I use NFC (contactless payment)?
    Yes, you can.
    VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX contactless credit cards are supported
  • Can I use QR code payment?
    Yes, you can.
    Only PayPay payment is available (as of October 2018).
  • Is there other payment method?
    You can sometimes use coupons issued by Japan or local autonomous bodies.

  • Are there any coin-operated washing machines?
    It is available for an additional charge.
    Coin-operated washing machines are installed next to downstairs parking area (available 24 hours).

  • Are there any smoking areas?
    Smoking is not allowed on the premises, except for in the smoking rooms.
    There is a smoking space next to the parking lot on the 1st floor.
  • Are there any trouser presses available for use?
    We have trouser pressers on each floor from the 2nd and up.
  • Are there any vending machines?
    Vending machines are available on each floor from the 2nd and up.

  • Do you have rental PC and DVD players?
    They are available for an extra charge.
    PC: 1,000 yen per night, DVD player: 500 yen per night

    Yes, we do. The supply is limited, but we have some available.
    (You can purchase a folding umbrella at the front desk.)
  • Do you have microwave ovens?
    We have microwave ovens at the downstairs lobby. You can use them freely.
  • Do you have ice makers?
    We do not have an ice maker. We can supply ice at the downstairs front desk.
  • Do you have curling irons?
    No, we don’t.
  • Do you have shower caps?
    No, we don’t.
  • Do you have body towels?
    Body towels are prepared at the front desk.
  • Do you have Japanese bathrobes for kids?
    Yes, we do. But Japanese bathrobes for kids are limited supply. Pease contact TOYOHOTEL preliminarily.

  • How can I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation through TOYOHOTEL official website.
    In addition, you can make a reservation by phone or through various travel companies and online travel companies etc.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is 14:00 on day of and check-out is 11:00 on the following day.
    (Early check-in is not available as a general rule. If you want to stay beyond 11:00 on the date of check-out, extra charge is required. If the hotel is fully booked on the next day, you may not be able to make a reservation.)
  • Is day-use available?
    Day-use is sold through some reservation websites.
    Day-use may not be sold according to the reservation status.
  • Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
    Yes, we can. We can keep your luggage at the front desk (on the day of, as a general rule).
    * We may not be able to keep refrigerated goods / frozen goods depending on size and quantity.
  • I want to ship my luggage to the hotel before the date of my stay. Can you receive it?
    Yes, we can. We can keep your luggage from 3 days prior to check-in.
    * Please enter date of stay and name (full name) of hotel register in the remark field of transmittal letter.
    * We cannot receive delivered luggage by freight collect. Please be sure to send by shipping prepaid.
    * We may be unable to receive large items, refrigerated goods / frozen goods, or a large number of goods. Please contact TOYOHOTEL in advance.

  • Is TOYOHOTEL handy for Hakata Station?
    It takes about 2 minutes by foot as the crow flies from Chikushi exit on the Shinkansen side of the station.

  • What is the recommended means of traveling from Fukuoka airport?
    The Fukuoka Municipal Subway is convenient.
    It is about 5 minutes from Fukuoka Airport Station to Hakata Station.
    It takes about 2 minutes on foot from East Exit 4 at the Chikushi ticket gate of Subway Hakata Station.
  • Where should I get off the express way?

    It takes about 3 minutes after exiting at “Hakata Station East”.

    (from Dazaifu IC)
    It takes about 10 minutes after exiting at “Hanmichibashi”.
  • Is there a parking area?
    You can use the parking area at 1,500 per night, however, the number of parking vehicles is limited.
    A mechanical parking garage is prepared on the back side within the premise of TOYOHOTEL.
    The parking fee for motorbikes with engines that displace 90CC or more is 750 yen per night.
    It is free to park bicycles.
    * Parking area cannot be reserved; it is on a first-come-first-served basis.
    * Limitation for parking: vehicle height 1.58 m, vehicle width1.80m, total length 5.5 m
    * You cannot park a medium bus (9m) or motor coach (12m).

  • Do reservations have a cancellation fee?
    Yes, they do.
    The cancellation fee may vary depending on the period remaining from the date you cancel and the date of check-in. The cancellation fee also varies depending on reservation route, plan, and number of people.

  • Is there a cancellation fee in all cases?
    The cancel charge may be waived according to the situation, such as in the case of a natural disaster or the like.
    We may be unable to handle cancellations depending on your reservation route, however, we can assist you. For details, please contact TOYOHOTEL.
  • Let me know the usual cancellation policy.
    – Cancellation (no show at hotel) without contact: 100% of accommodation fee
    – Cancellation on the date of stay: 80% of accommodation fee

  • Do I have to contact you if I may be late for check-in ?
    If your check in time may be later than 12:00 at night (24:00), please be sure to contact TOYOHOTEL.
    If you do not contact TOYOHOTEL, we may cancel your reservation.
  • How can I pay the cancellation fee?
    Please pay it through a bank transfer etc.

  • Can you inform me of the status of the waiting list?
    We cannot inform you of the status of the waiting list.
    We ask that you please confirm the availability on your own.
  • Is there a laundry service available for request?
    Yes, there is (excluding Sundays, holidays, the cleaner’s special holidays).
    Please use the order form in a desk of your room.
    If you drop the laundry at the front desk by 9:00am, the cleaning can be finished by about 5:00pm.
    You shall make a payment at the check-out time.
  • Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
    There is a convenience store inside the building across the street of the hotel, on the front entrance side.
  • Do you provide FAX and copy services?
    FAX and copy are available for an additional charge.
    FAX: 1 copy of A4 size 110 yen (2nd copy or later: 10 yen added per copy)
    Copy: 1 copy of A4 size, color copy 50 yen, black and white copy 20 yen
    * When printing data from a PC, the above prices only apply to the use of a USB.
  • Is there a curfew?
    There is no curfew for customers who have checked into the hotel. The front desk is available for 24 hours.
    Between 24:00 and 6:00, the hotel will lock automatically. You have to use your room key to enter the hotel.
    We ask that customers who have yet to check-in call for staff with the intercom.
  • What time is the final check-in?
    Please check into the hotel by 24:00. If you may be late for check-in, please be sure to contact TOYOHOTEL.
  • Are you able to call a taxi for me?
    Yes, we are.
  • Are there any massage services available?
    Yes, there are.
    Please check the availability at the front desk on the day of.
    Time: available during 7:00pm to 2:00am
    Fee: 30 minutes 3,300 yen, 45 minutes 4,800 yen
    Payments must be in cash. We are unable to add the cost to your room fee.
  • Are we able to make external calls from the phone in the room?
    As a general rule, the phone cannot be used for external calls.
    External calls from the phone in the room are available with the use of neo platinum card (as of August 2021).
    The charge amount is 2,000 yen. The neo platinum cards are prepared at the front desk.
    The charge amount can be paid at some convenience stores or by a credit card.
    * Please note that the neo platinum card will not be available if the provider has concluded the service.
  • How long do you store lost items?
    We store lost items for a certain period based on the provision of TOYOHOTEL.
    The lost items are stored for a maximum of 3 months. Foods are discarded on that very day.
    * We do not inform guests of lost items.
